Power Boat Level 2

Whether you are new to powerboating or have some experience and are looking for certification, the Powerboat Level 2 course could well be for you.

Level 2 provides the skills and background knowledge needed by a competent powerboat driver. It aims to teach core boat handling and safety skills. It focuses on low-speed close quarters handling, man overboard recovery, an introduction to driving at planning speed, and collision regulation.

The two-day course will equip students with the necessary skills to help build confidence and includes an introduction to navigation, tides and the rules of boating. It is generally considered as the driving license for powerboats and the qualification is widely recognized throughout the world.

Required experience:  None, may preceded by Level 1 Start Powerboating

Minimum duration: 2 days

Personal Watercraft – Jet Ski

Personal watercraft can be single-seater machines or can take two or three people. They are fast and exciting but need to be handled with care. Whether you just want to have a go on holiday or buy your own machine, Personal Watercraft course will teach you how to get the best from it. The course is designed for first time and experienced riders alike. The certificate is required not only for renting jet skis but is also needed if you want to use your PWC worldwide.

The one-day course includes launching, handling and recovery skills, passage planning and decision making, high and low speed riding skills, essential safety information, collision avoidance, orientation at sea and plenty of fun!
